Leah Severe runs Operations at PSL and supports the new spinout companies in their early stages. This includes finance, HR, entity creation & fund management. She has been with PSL since day one.

Before PSL, Leah was a customer experience manager and swiss army knife at OnMobileMedia, a Madrona portfolio company. Earlier in her career, Leah held management positions with seven different companies, mainly in the restaurant and retail space. During this time, Leah became adept with business management, creative problem solving, and maintaining positive customer experiences.

Leah graduated with a B.F.A. from the University of Washington in Cinematic Studies. During her time at the university, she was one of fifteen students selected for the DXArts Experiments In Digital Video program.

She believes in the power of storytelling, is obsessed with solving problems and only wears all black clothing. Her goal for the future is to take over the world.

Leah lives in Greenwood with her partner, Matt. They have two kitties, Lazlo and Frank.
